Our school council is made up of 7 representatives from Y1 – Y6, who meet once a week with Miss Heaton and work together to represent the views of all pupils within the school. They share ideas on how to improve the school, contribute to our school curriculum, plan extra-curricular activities and are in charge of fundraising for the school and our chosen charities. Our current chosen charity is 'Young Minds'. Young Minds provides support to children who are suffering from mental health issues, more information can be found about this charity by clicking on the link below.
School council help to promote British values by encouraging children to make decisions, create school rules, ensuring everyone is treated fairly and equally and by allowing all children to have a ‘voice’.
This years our school counsellors are Lexi, Paulo, Molly, Mason, Lois, Esme S and Millie.

This week, in our Pupil Voice assembly, we found out about Children’s University. We discovered that we can gain credits by attending after-school clubs, by attending clubs and classes outside school, and by visiting attractions such as farms and museums. Please click on the link below to find our more information about Children's University. If children wish to collect credits out of school, they will require a Children’s University Passport. Please let us know if your child requires one and we will order them.
