It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas…

Little Digmoor has become very festive this week! Our choir, ‘Dig the Beat’, have been practising their Christmas routine tirelessly, and they made their first public appearance at our Christmas fair on Friday. We’re so very proud of them! We’ve uploaded a video of their performance onto our Facebook page, make sure to watch them.

Early Years received a special green visitor through the post, earlier in the week. A cheeky elf named Jingle. He spends all day watching us, and then reports back to Father Christmas each evening. Unfortunately, he has been causing all kinds of trouble in the classroom, including making lots of mess and eating all of the Advent sweets! We’ll be keeping a close eye on him!

On Thursday, our Christmas tree arrived and took its pride of place in the hall. Each child made a Christmas decoration, and we hung these on our tree in the afternoon.

Friday was our Christmas fair; we had lots of festive themed stalls and even had a special visitor in the sensory room. Ho, Ho, Ho! A huge thank you to all those who came to support us at our Christmas fair, it was lovely to see you all.

Next week, the festivities will continue as Hoglets, Hedgehogs and Fieldmice are off to visit Santa in his Grotto.
