Welcome to our Y2 Fieldmice class who are taught by Mrs Heaton.
In our class, we embrace a holistic approach to learning, via a personalised curriculum which stretches beyond the academic. Children are encouraged to become more autonomous with their work, preparing them for the transition to Year 3.
Throughout the year, children are provided with extra-curricular enrichment opportunities including cooking, opera, drama, photography, poetry, and nature lessons. These enrichment opportunities aim to broaden pupil’s horizons and instil a love for lifelong learning.
In Y2, children have weekly PE lessons. Children require a PE kit, consisting of a white t-shirt, black shorts and a pair of black pumps or suitable trainers.
